Barbara Thompson

Dr. Barbara Thompson is an Operational Psychologist for Shields & Stripes.

As a licensed psychologist and board certified organizational and business consultant, Dr. Barbara Thompson is interested in the growth and development of individuals, teams and organizations.

Dr. Thompson is an expert in the use of assessments and coaching in organizations. She served as a US Army Officer and Operational Psychologist, supporting special operations forces with assessment, selection, and development services. She has worked with leaders, teams and organizations in the public and private sector, designing and delivering services including individual and team coaching, leadership development programs, and assessment to support talent identification and executive selection.

Dr. Thompson has worked with organizations such as the US Army, US Air Force, and the intelligence community as well as with individuals within local police and corrections, collegiate athletics, secondary education, ministry, and community outreach.
