They include the Green Berets, Army Rangers, Delta Force Operators, Special Operations Aviators, Special Operations units within Psychological Operations and Civil Affairs, and the instructors who train them. The phrase “SEND ME” reflects their sacred promise: “I will risk my life to defend your liberty.”
