Rachel Dahle

Rachel Dahle is the Donor Relations Manager for Shields & Stripes.

Rachel Dahle is not only a military spouse of 15+ years, she is also the daughter and granddaughter of service members. Growing up in a military family and continuing to live the military life with her husband and two daughters, she is thoroughly enjoying this opportunity to give back to so many heroes through this organization.

Rachel and her husband are Oregonians, born and raised, but are loving the southern charm of their recent move to the east coast. While her husband remains active duty, Rachel works in real estate. She has a business degree from the University of Oregon. Her career path has moved from construction lending to lending documentation and expanded into real estate.  Outside of her professional career path, she was also a competitive cheerleader for 14 years, even competing after both of her daughters were born. She has many years of experience coaching and working in high communication positions. When she is not working, she is challenging her kids to different competitions and performing several home DIY projects. Rachel is a very welcomed addition to the Shields & Stripes team!
